Terms of Use

Purpose

These terms of use govern the use of detekia.fr, published by Beeleven SASU (see the legal notice). By using the site, you accept these terms.

Service

Detekia is a free GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) analysis service. From the address of a public web page, it computes a score out of 100 based on 6 criteria documented on the Methodology page (including a lookup of the brand in the public Wikidata database), provides recommendations and runs a citation test: questions about the site's industry are generated by an Anthropic AI model (Claude), then put to an OpenAI model (ChatGPT).

The analysis starts as soon as you enter the page address. The score, criteria details, recommendations and citation test are provided in exchange for your email address, to which the score is also sent. No account is created and no payment is requested.

The number of analyses is limited (3 per day per connection) to preserve service quality.

Acceptable use

You agree to analyze only publicly accessible pages, not to try to bypass the service's technical limits, not to use it to query private networks or internal services, and not to enter a third party's email address without their consent.

Nature of the results

Scores and recommendations are generated automatically, for information only. They do not guarantee improved visibility in AI engines or any particular ranking. AI engines evolve constantly; their answers may vary from one query to another.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". Beeleven SASU strives to keep it available but may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time, without notice or compensation.

Beeleven services

Detekia presents the AI visibility audit, GEO strategy and GEO support services offered by Beeleven. These services are subject to a separate quote and contract; these terms do not govern them.

Intellectual property

The site, its methodology, texts, code and graphics are the property of Beeleven SASU. You may freely use the results and recommendations for your own website. Any reproduction or commercial exploitation of the service or its content without authorization is prohibited.

Liability

As the service is free, Beeleven SASU cannot be held liable for decisions made based on the results, nor for indirect damage related to the use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

Reports purchased before September 27, 2026

Detekia has not sold reports since September 27, 2026. Reports purchased before that date remain available at their address. The terms of sale in force on the day of purchase continue to apply to those purchases, in particular: payment through Stripe; no right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately with the buyer's consent (article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code); Beeleven SASU's liability limited to the price paid for the report concerned.

Changes

Beeleven SASU may modify these terms. The applicable version is the one online when you use the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
