Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the use of the detekia.fr website and the sale conditions for the full GEO report. By using the website or purchasing a report, you accept these terms in their entirety.

The detekia.fr website is published by Beeleven SASU (see Legal Notice for full details).

Free service — GEO Analysis

Detekia offers a free GEO analysis service accessible without registration or account creation. This service includes an overall score out of 100, evaluation of 8 GEO criteria, and a preview of one recommendation.

The user enters the URL of a website they wish to analyze. Detekia scrapes the publicly accessible content of this URL and evaluates it using its proprietary methodology. The analysis is performed in real time. Results are cached for 24 hours.

The free service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability or accuracy of results. Detekia reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the free service at any time.

Paid service — Full GEO Report

The full GEO report is sold at the price of €29 including VAT per analysis. This report includes all detailed recommendations, structured in sections (diagnosis, actions, concrete examples, estimated impact), for each of the 8 GEO criteria.

The report is accessible immediately after payment on the results page and is sent by email to the address associated with the Stripe payment.

Payment

Payment is made online by credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal via the secure Stripe platform. Beeleven SASU does not collect or store any banking data. All payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

Payment is due immediately upon order. The transaction is considered effective upon payment confirmation by Stripe.

Refund policy

If the audit cannot be completed as promised (delivery time, completeness, quality) due to a technical issue, the customer is automatically and instantly refunded via Stripe. No action is required from the customer.

If an issue arises despite our safeguards, you can contact hello@detekia.fr and we will process your request within 48 hours.

Delivery times

The 1-page audit (€29) is delivered by email in approximately 1 minute after payment. The complete audit (€99) is delivered by email in 5 to 10 minutes after payment.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on server load and site complexity. In case of significant delay, the automatic refund system is triggered.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent. By purchasing the report, you acknowledge that the delivery of digital content begins immediately after payment and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

The automatic refund policy described above applies and goes beyond legal obligations.

Intellectual property

The GEO report is provided for the buyer's personal and professional use. It may not be resold, redistributed or published without the written consent of Beeleven SASU. The analysis methodology and GEO scoring are the intellectual property of Beeleven SASU.

Limitation of liability

The analysis results and recommendations provided by Detekia are automatically generated and provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice in SEO, marketing or digital strategy.

Beeleven SASU does not guarantee that implementing the recommendations will result in improved website visibility in AI responses. Visibility in AI engines depends on numerous external factors beyond the control of Beeleven SASU.

Under no circumstances shall Beeleven SASU's liability exceed the amount of the purchased report (€29).

Modification of terms

Beeleven SASU reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. The last update date is indicated at the top of this page.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
